GFC Cross Training

Just a quick SITREP (situation report) to let you guys know where we have been and where we are heading.  We have just finished reaching our first destination Call Sign “Alpha” in our journey into Authentic Manhood.  We discovered the basic foundations of Authentic Manhood and God’s clear design for men. We saw clearly some manhood realities that have created cultural confusion for most men. We then followed up with a biblical, compelling definition of Authentic Manhood that marks the trail for men to follow. Last month we looked at some seasons of a man’s life and how to anticipate and transition through those specific seasons.
This Month we will begin our next trek into Volume 2 “A Man and his Story.” Call sign “Bravo”. On June 24th, the last Saturday of the month at Camp of Faith Church. Starting at 8:00am. Note the Date and Location change…
Every man’s life tells a “story.” In the pursuit of Authentic Manhood, every man must understand and come to grips with the defining moments and key relationships that have shaped his unique “story” and how the gospel speaks into each one of our stories.
(ELO’s)  Enabling Learning Objectives:
Over the next six sessions you will be able to…
  • Be equipped with a biblical perspective or your own “story”.
  • Understand how the gospel narrative speaks into your own “story”, bringing hope and healing by the power of Christ.
  • Be enabled to embrace how their past has affected their present and be prepared to deal with whatever the future may hold.
  • Empower men to learn from their past, come alive in their present and enjoy God’s best in the future.

Men, friends… brothers, it’s time to get your big boy pants on and get ready to Fight!

Gospel Fight Club meets once a month. Please check the calendar for up to date meeting information.
